Located in Culver City, Cobalt was positioned as a residential counterpoint to the surrounding studio and production scene. The tone drew from classic Hollywood influence without leaning into nostalgia, pairing clean architectural lines with elevated finishes. The goal was to frame the property as a private retreat within a high-visibility neighborhood.
